
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure all items are correct and undamaged. Notify our staff immediately if you receive damaged items as exchanges and returns are only honored within 10 days within receipt of shipment.
Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized by Mayway. Returns may be authorized within 30 days of the date of delivery or pick-up. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Opened, marked, or tagged merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, herbal dispensary products and short shelf life products are not eligible for return or exchange. To request a return, please e-mail us at sales@mayway.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery or pick-up. Mayway will replace these items or issue a refund not exceeding the original purchase price. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Mayway is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds and replacements for authorized returns or damaged/defective goods will generally be processed within 1-2 weeks after the returned products are received. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring the package is trackable. Please retain your tracking number for reference..
