We hope this message finds you well. It is the 55th year of our family business, and our commitment to providing superior quality herbal products at a fair market value hasn’t changed. However, like most businesses, over the past few years we have been significantly impacted by rising costs from all sides— climate change that impacts raw materials, packaging, labor, and shipping. These cost increases have been compounded by ongoing global supply chain disruptions, inflationary pressures, and the continuation of U.S. tariffs on imported Chinese herbs. These tariffs are not charged to China, but rather are imposed on importers (and therefore U.S. consumers), which continues to effectively add 25% to our production costs. Understanding the burden that price adjustments place on our customers, we have been absorbing the higher costs, but now can no longer do so without compromising our quality and services.

We will continue to offer free shipping on orders of $199 or more and flat-rate shipping of $12.95 for orders within the Continental U.S.
