Standard Dosage: 3 grams, 3 x day or 4-5 grams 2 x day

Ingredients: Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome (honeyed, bran-fried*), Poria cocos sclerotium, Polygala tenuifolia root (prep.), Dimocarpus longan aril, Angelica sinensis root, Codonopsis pilosula root, Astragalus membranaceus root (honey-fried), Ziziphus jujuba seed (stir-fried), Aucklandia lappa root, Ziziphus jujuba fruit, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root (honey-fried)

Ingredients (Pin Yin): Bai zhu (mi fu*), Fu ling, Yuan zhi (zhi), Long yan rou, Dang gui, Dang shen, Huang qi (zhi), Suan zao ren (chao), Mu xiang, Da zao, Gan cao (zhi)

Allergen Information: Contains Wheat (*processed with wheat bran). Atractylodes/Bai zhu is stir-fried with wheat bran. While the bran is sifted out during processing, it may contain traces of wheat.
