Returns and Exchanges

Please be sure to inspect all orders on arrival to ensure they are correct and undamaged.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized by Mayway. Returns may be authorized within 30 days of the date of delivery or pick-up and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have products you would like to return, please e-mail us at sales@mayway.com, or call 1-800-262-9929 (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time). Mayway does not accept returns or exchanges requested due to slow moving stock or changing customer priorities.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 15 days of delivery or pick-up. Mayway will replace damaged or defective products or offer a refund not exceeding original purchase price. Mayway is not responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds for authorized returns and replacements of damaged or defective goods will generally be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date the returned products are received here. Mayway is not responsible for shipping fees or lost items. Please obtain a tracking number for your reference when shipping returns.
